Can not see device events in web-interface

Greetings, friends of the Chirpstack community. I have a question regarding not being able to view events from my devices through the web. I've attached the error message.

net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
