Can ChirpStack send messages to a specific member within a multicast group through the UI interface?

Looking at your screenshot (the one of your device), it looks like the Class-C multicast session hasn't started yet. Please note the Time2SessionStart.
- the RX2 of US915 is 923.3SF12BW500
- LoRa module that supports multicast
- LoRa module configured to Class C
