Device Profile: Supported data-rates and ADR

Hi @all

I have a device Profile for Devices i only want to use DR 0, 1, 2, 3
i selected these DRs in the Device Profile, added the profile to a sensor and rejoined the sensor.

we can now see the following in the log:

JoinRequest
-----------
868.300 MHz
SF12 (DR0)

JoinAccept
----------
868.300 MHz
SF12

Uplink FCnt=0
-------------
Frequency: 867.100 MHz
SF12 (DR0)

Downlink
--------
NewChannelReq:
CH3 867.100 MHz DR0-DR3
CH4 867.300 MHz DR0-DR3
CH5 867.500 MHz DR0-DR3

Uplink FCnt=1
-------------
Frequency: 868.300 MHz
SF12 (DR0)

Downlink
--------
NewChannelReq:
CH6 867.700 MHz DR0-DR3
CH7 867.900 MHz DR0-DR3

Uplink FCnt=2

Frequency: 868.300 MHz
SF12 (DR0)

Device Response
---------------
NewChannelAns:
channel_freq_ok=true
dr_range_ok=true

Downlink
--------
LinkADRReq:
dr=5
tx_power=0
ch_mask=0-7 enabled

Uplink FCnt=3
-------------
Frequency: 868.300 MHz
SF7 (DR5)

Device Response
---------------
LinkADRAns:
ch_mask_ack=true
dr_ack=true
tx_power_ack=true

Downlink
--------
LinkADRReq:
dr=5
tx_power=1

Uplink FCnt=4
-------------
Frequency: 868.100 MHz
SF7 (DR5)

Summary
-------
Configured channels:
868.100 MHz
868.300 MHz
868.500 MHz
867.100 MHz (DR0-DR3)
867.300 MHz (DR0-DR3)
867.500 MHz (DR0-DR3)
867.700 MHz (DR0-DR3)
867.900 MHz (DR0-DR3)

Observed uplinks:
867.100 MHz @ SF12 (DR0)
868.300 MHz @ SF12 (DR0)
868.300 MHz @ SF7 (DR5)
868.100 MHz @ SF7 (DR5)

Observed ADR commands:
LinkADRReq dr=5
LinkADRReq dr=5

Device response:
LinkADRAns dr_ack=true

Now my question:
-> Why does ADR uses DR5 even if i did not enable this DR in device Profile?
-> how can i achive my goal of using only DR 0-3 with this sensor?
-> is this normal or is it a bug?
