I just got a stange issue that device is active and receiving uplink data in the events, but on dashbaord its showing inactive. What could be the issue? Any help to fix this issue? Please check with the links below for dashboard images. Thanks.

Most likely, you did not set the correct expected uplink interval in the device-profile. E.g. if you set it to every 15 minutes, but the device reports (succesfully) every hour, then ChirpStack still might think the device is offline for most of the time.
