I am currently CLASSC of US915. The frequency point set by chirpstack is as shown in the left figure of the following picture. I would like to know if the multicast settings are filled with 923300000Hz and DR_10.

These settings could be like that, but it really depends on how the multicast group is configured at the device side. Configuration could be using the Remote Multicast Setup specification, but in that case, you must sent these commands yourself to the device (and handle the response). In the other case multicast is configured out-of-band (e.g. through pre-provisioning or vendor specific downlink commands).
- the RX2 of US915 is 923.3SF12BW500
- LoRa module that supports multicast
- LoRa module configured to Class C
