Thank you for your response. Please note that all the messages originate from the same end-device (a very well-known LORA FTD). We have tested with "Disable frame-counter validation" but to no effect. Moreover, if the MIC was invalid then it would not have appeared in Chirpstack Application events. In our case, all messages show up in Chirpstack and are decoded properly; but are not passed on through the integration.
I have subscribed to both the backend.mqtt as well as the application.mqtt servers and created this log file to explain my case futher. The file is listed below this message. As you can see in the file, there were two transmissions from the end device; but only one was captured at the application integration.
How do we diagnose this issue further? Please advise. Thanks.
