Gateway not connecting to ChirpStack

Hello,
I am currently working on a gateway integration with ChirpStack and I am facing an issue where the gateway is not able to connect to the ChirpStack server.
I verified the configuration and also tried running ChirpStack locally instead of using the server, but I am experiencing the same issue in both cases — the gateway still fails to connect.
I would like to ask:
Are there any common configuration issues that could cause this behavior?
Could the problem be related to the gateway itself (certificates, network configuration, ports, etc.)?
Are there specific logs on the gateway or server side that you recommend checking?
If anyone has experienced a similar issue before, I would really appreciate any guidance on what the root cause might be and how it was resolved.
