No, also with the multiplexer, this is not possible.
Okay, so that means the multiplexer is only forwarding the raw UDP packets, and the 'second network server' cannot encrypt the messages. So you can only see the messages on the second server within the LoRaWAN frames from the gateway, not under events of the device?
