We are currently only seeing Join Request and Accept Join, but not seeing an Uplink data.
We had deleted our device profile before and have since restored it.
Have tried many versions of our firmware that previously worked.
Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

As shown in the figure, the normal OTAA network joining process is: JoinRequest->JoinAccept->DataUp->DataUp->......
First, please check whether the Device has successfully joined the network.
As shown in the figure, read the network joining status, and it should display: Network Joined
Secondly, please check whether the device is continuously sending.
As shown in the figure, after a successful send, it will display: TX OK
