Deleted Device Profile and now no devices are showing in events log

Question

I deleted the device profile and now we cannot get any of the devices to join the network again.

We are using HeyIoT chirpstack service and have not had any issues connecting our devices to it.

We have our own device that uses the MicroChip RN module.

Devices were working up to the time the device profile was deleted.

I recreated the device profile and tried rebooting the devices with no luck.

We have tried changing the firmware on the devices, deleting and recreating the devices on chirpstack all with no luck.

I'm not sure what else we can try.

We are using HeyIoT chirpstack service and have not had any issues connecting our devices to it.

I think it is better to use the HeyIoT support channels if you are using hosted service.

As a side-note: If you delete a device-profile, then this will also delete the devices that are using it. Maybe you accidentally deleted all devices?
