Add device by scanning QR code

Question

Hi,

I'm working on a project with a large amount of LoRaWAN devices and I'm trying to see if Chirpstack is the way to go for me.

The devices are marked with a QR code following the "TR005 LoRaWAN® Device Identification QR Codes" scheme.

Every time i try to press the "Scan QR-code" button the it just displays a white square, not trying to use the camera.

I've tested this using two different mobile phones, Samsung S21 and an industrial HIKROBOT android phone. The same happens in windows 11.

Are you serving ChirpStack over HTTPS? Most (all?) browsers will not allow you to use the webcam API in case of an insecure HTTP connection.
