Device metrics issue

Viewed 41

A few years ago, I used the legacy Helium console and Cayenne to view GPS location of my Cubecell device using Jas Williams Github code. Cayenne is no more, so I am attempting to follow the most recent instructions that I can find to make a functioning Cubecell Helium mapper.
I am following the instructions to the letter, but in the HeyIot console, I am not getting the lat and lon measurements in Applications-> Device Metrics although I am receiving the lat and lon by viewing the packet under Applications->Events. Any suggestions on how to get the lat and lon to populate in the Device Metrics section is greatly appreciated.

Please note that this is not a support-channel for HeyIot.

Noted. I found this forum directly linked from the HeyIot console, and am unsure where else to ask.

I understand, but in case of hosted ChirpStack solutions, I do not know if there are modifications or not. Please try to reproduce with a "vanilla" ChirpStack instance locally, and in case the issue persists let me know.

You can ask disk91 at discord channel disk91.com

I don't find advisable to track lat/lon via chirpstack. Just store the variables somewhere. I use http integration.
